Advances by the Franke research department have now led to the development of a new sink material, Tectonite. Fragranite Sinks
Franke Fragranite Sinks
Fragranite was pioneered by Franke and contains 80% granite to form a unique material that is highly resistant to burns, dents chips and stains. Despite this toughness, Fragranite sinks have a subtle sheen and are warm to the touch unlike stainless steel and ceramic sinks. Also, Fragranite enables colour to be added to the sink, so you have a sink that matches the rest of kitchen.
A recent addition to Franke’s Fragranite sinks is Sanitized®. Sanitized® helps to keep the sink surface hygienic and protected from bacteria and microbe growth while the sink is being used inbetween normal cleaning.
