If you are like us – when you sit down at a nice Italian restaurant you can’t wait for them to bring the warm bread and dipping oil. Well, you no longer have to wait until you go to your favorite restaurant to indulge in dipping oil. This oil literally takes minutes to prepare.
I have always been intimated to make homemade dipping oils until I tried to make it recently. And let me just tell you – it really could not be easier.

You can make this oil ahead of time – it keeps for quite awhile. I usually double or triple the recipe so that I have some on hand. No need to refrigerate it – the oil will harden if you do.
