  • Salt & Pepper: Just use as much or as little as you like.

Butterflying a lobster tail is easier than you may think gives it a fancy presentation at home!

To begin Place the lobster tails on a cutting board. Then take kitchen shears and cut down the shell all the way to the fin. Use your fingers and pry the meat up from the shell, gently.

How To Make Broiled Lobster Tails

You are in for an extra special treat if you haven’t made lobster tails before. They are very easy, so don’t be scared.

Begin by heating the broiler and make sure the oven rack is around 6-8 inches below the broiler.
