Chipotles in Adobo Sauce are a staple ingredient in Mexican cuisine. Chipotles, which are smoked and dried jalapeños, are paired with a thick intensely flavored Adobo sauce. The sauce features flavorful aromatic ingredients such as dried chiles, garlic, cinnamon and Mexican oregano.
