After spending 10 days in China, I found myself thirsty, and stuck at the Shanghai airport waiting for my flight home.

Nothing, I tell you, nothing has ever quenched my thirst like that green tea latte did.
After arriving home a few weeks ago, I ordered a supply of the essential green tea latte ingredient: matcha powder. Then, I learned how to make an iced green tea latte.
Matcha is made from green tea, but is processed in a very special way. It’s made from grinding up young, shade-grown green tea leaves into a fine, bright green powder. The only other ingredients you need are sugar, milk, a touch of hot water, and ice.
I hope this Iced Green Tea Latte recipe quenches your thirst like it did mine.
