SO the cookie dough, you can go two ways, store bought or homemade. I tried both and at the end of the day all that matters is that it’s a thick recipe, and that it’s one you love. Experiment. Tried a few different ones and see what you think! I went with classic chocolate chip over my oatmeal chocolate chip, since the fried batter is heavy enough I didn’t want to go double heavy with so much grain… but it’s totally up to you.

Verdict? AMAZING! like seriously. The Cookie was my FAV but the gooey caramel snickers was sweet with a nice crunch, the Twinkie filling was gooey and warm and of course you can’t go wrong with the classic Oreo!
