TRADITIONAL ITALIAN RECIPE: in Italy, Pasta with Philadelphia Cream Cheese is a dish specifically for kids. I haven’t eaten it for at least 25 years. Now, at my 33rd birthday, I have decided to make it, and it was awesome. I literally forgot about the taste of Philadelphia Cream Cheese with Pasta. While over 2 decades ago my mother used to leave a soft creamy sauce in, this time I let it dry a bit more, giving it a slightly different texture. I also added a little bit of Black Pepper, to taste. Divine.
