Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry using Leftover Roast Chicken
This is a great recipe for stir fry using cooked chicken, just combine with vegetables, noodles and a delicious teriyaki sauce. I love making the most out of my leftovers and roast chicken is a regular one.
The trick with this leftover dinner is to plan ahead for it. When you make my Oven Baked Chicken Teriyaki and Rice, just double the marinade ingredients and you’ll have the Teriyaki sauce for this. You could also make the make the noodles the night before, meaning dinner on the table in 15 minutes!
How amazing does this stir fry look for a meal using leftovers and it’s really tasty, light and fresh. Both my kids ate a bowl full and that never happens around here.
This would also work really well as a salad in lunchboxes.
You could make this teriyaki chicken stir fry with leftovers from;

If you can, get your hands on a really good quality, organic chicken then save the bones to make Chicken Bone Broth.
