Air Fryer Bell Peppers Ingredients
You’ll just need 3 ingredients to make these simple, tasty roasted peppers
- 3 bell peppers – any colour you like
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning – we used Schwartz Spicy Italian Seasoning
How To Make Air Fryer Bell Peppers
You’ll really like how quick and simple this air fryer peppers recipe is! Super easy, just the way we like things!
Step One – season the peppers
- Chop the peppers into large chunks and toss into a mixing bowl.
- Pour over the olive oil and sprinkle in the Italian seasoning. Add salt and pepper if using.
- Toss everything together so that the bell pepper chunks are coated in oil and seasoning.
Step Two – roasting peppers in air fryer
- Tip the peppers into the air fryer basket – aim for a single layer if possible.
How Long To Roast Peppers
- Put into the air fryer and switch on to 200C – air fry the peppers for around 8-10 minutes. Toss the peppers in the basket half way through cooking time.
- Once cooked, remove the air fryer roasted peppers from the air fryer basket and use in your chosen recipe.
Cooks Note – all air fryers work slightly differently, so check manual for any special cooking instructions and guidelines.
