As this has a bi-phasic formula, you do need to shake well before use. You can use this product twice daily, to apply pour some of the product onto a cotton pad and then gently swipe along a clean and dry face. They say for optimal results to use every morning and night after cleansing and before applying a serum.

I do have dry skin, which can be sensitive and this is my personal opinion on how the product has worked for my skin.

I have been using this toner at a night time and use it most nights. I do have another toner I like to use at a night time as well and will use that on nights I don’t use this Kiehl’s one.

This toner does have a slight scent to it, which I can only smell whilst I am applying the product.

When I am applying this toner, it honestly feels so gentle on the skin and doesn’t irritate my skin at all. My skin is always left feeling comfortable.

As soon as you apply this product, it instantly starts to soak in and doesn’t take long to fully soak in. It feels quite lightweight on the skin. This toner feels different to other toners I have used, as this one has that milky formula, it actually feels more like a serum on the skin rather than a toner, as it leaves a lovely moisturising layer on the skin. You can feel the product on the skin, but in a good way, as it creates the first moisture layer.

It creates a beautiful base for my serum and moisturiser, which all apply and work perfectly with this toner.

My skin is left feeling really soft, so hydrated, nourished and soothed. It gives the skin a natural looking glow and makes it look so much brighter. It keeps my skin hydrated, moisturised and feeling soft all night long and even still feels like that the next morning.

The skin looks and feels more plump, with the moisture levels been boosted. I have noticed my pores look less visible and on my forehead my wrinkles look a little bit smoothed out.

I do get some breakouts and I feel this toner has helped keep my skin clearer.

I always find milky type formulas really work for my dry/sensitive skin, as they add so much moisture and hydration to the skin, they feel nourishing and soothing as well.

I love how even though this product has acids in, the formula of this toner is gentle enough for my dry/sensitive skin and it also provides the hydration my skin needs. Using this product in my skincare routine has definitely made such a difference to my skin and I have seen that from the first use and with the continued usage. I have been using this since I bought it at the beginning of the month.

I do have a couple of samples and a travel size product from Kiehl’s, which I am looking forward to trying out.
