- Add the frozen fruit, yogurt, water and optional sweetener to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding more water 1/8 of a cup at a time to reach desired thickness.
- Pour into a glass and immediately rinse your blender out (to stop the ingredients from sticking to the inside).

Don’t skip cleaning your blender right away… A quick rinse as soon as you’ve poured your smoothie into glasses will save you lots of time later. Fruit and yogurt are notorious for sticking to the sides of your blender and making it difficult to clean.
